I am a Cajun fellow on both sides of my family, Breaux and Landry. I was born nearly on the brink of my two favorite seasons, Spring and Summer. I have a great appreciation, respect, and love of nature and that includes people... sometimes. Being from the Sportsman's State the most sportsman thing I do is catch and release fishing on the rarest occasions; although I am a sucker for a good crawfish meal. I am the tallest in my family other than two or three of my cousins, and I might even be the tallest in my hometown except for two or three. With that said I am a gentle giant I like to call myself, and even though I don't have a choice sometimes I cannot stand looking down at someone. I am a rather nervous person who can get startled easily, yet I must be honest when I say when someone gets on the wrong side of me (for example insult my friends) they'll have a whole new batch of salt heading their way. I've never been in a physical fight... except when me and my sister were younger we used to fight something fierce. And I am not proud of my short fuse, yet that fuse is mostly short when defending someone else before myself; I'm used to insults and can handle it, yet no one insults my friends and family. I hate to let people down or insult them in any way and I try to be as respectful as possible to everyone. I am generally a gentleman to everyone, and try as best I can to be kind... yet even with that I STILL don't have a girlfriend, in fact a lot of people appear to be afraid of me, even as I walk down the street; I never understood why. Maybe it's because I'm the only six foot person walking around with a smile on his face and NOT looking at a phone or listening to music with those annoying ear buds; my phone may not be smart, yet it does get reception where most don't, is waterproof and indestructible, and won't shatter upon falling. I have a deep fear of looking a doll-eyed animal like a spider or a great white shark in the eye, being rude or ungrateful, and of the things that bump in the night; if you lived in the country in Louisiana and walked about at night you would understand why. I know the only thing to fear is fear itself and that I have no real reason to be afraid thanks to the protection of the Good Shepherd, yet being imaginative these thoughts of what lurks can get the best of you. I am a practicing Roman Catholic and I am proud of that fact; just a heads up for when I say something in relation to my faith that some may see as offensive (though I don't really understand why). I can be a hypocrite about my fears, because I have a habit of helping people overcome their fears even if they are afraid of the same things I am; weird how things work like that. I believe that is all I have on me, I personally prefer to hear other people talk. I appreciate any comments, questions, and opinions on my... this... page; I have no idea what to call it, I'm terrible with computers. Alrighty then. :) Since I smile a lot it only feels appropriate to put a smile on an emotionless jumble of words.
